How Fundai collects and uses your information

1About This Policy

  1. 1.1This policy explains what information Fundai collects when you use the site, why we collect it, and who it is shared with.
  2. 1.2Fundai respects your privacy and does not sell your personal information.
  3. 1.3By using Fundai you agree to this policy. When it changes, we update this page and its date.

2Information We Collect

  1. 2.1Account information: your phone number or e-mail address, and the name and profile picture you choose to add.
  2. 2.2How you use the service: your watchlists, saved filters, questions to the assistant, support messages and purchases.
  3. 2.3Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit.
  4. 2.4Payments are made on the payment gateway's own page. Fundai does not receive or store your card details.

3How We Use It

  1. 3.1To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
  2. 3.2To provide the service: subscriptions, the assistant, support, and messages about your account and subscription.
  3. 3.3To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  4. 3.4We do not use your information for advertising.

4Signing In With Google

  1. 4.1If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, e-mail address and Google account ID with Fundai. We use them only to create your account and sign you in.
  2. 4.2We do not ask for access to your contacts, files or any other Google data.
  3. 4.3Fundai's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  4. 4.4You can remove Fundai's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings, or ask our support team to remove the link.

5Who We Share It With

  1. 5.1We share information only with services that help us run Fundai, and only what each one needs: the SMS service that sends sign-in codes, the payment gateway, the AI services that answer assistant questions, and tools for analytics, error reports and backups.
  2. 5.2Questions you ask the assistant are sent to AI services to produce an answer, without your name, phone number or e-mail address.
  3. 5.3We may disclose information when the law requires it.

6Cookies and Analytics

  1. 6.1We use cookies to keep you signed in and to recognise a device you have signed in on before.
  2. 6.2We use analytics tools to understand visits and how the site is used. These tools may set their own cookies.

7Keeping and Deleting Your Information

  1. 7.1We keep your information while your account is active, and afterwards for as long as security and the law require.
  2. 7.2You can view and edit your account information in your profile. To delete your account or your information, contact support@fundai.ir.

8Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

  1. 8.1All material available through any of Fundai's services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, videos, downloadable and copyable items, data and all content produced by Fundai, is part of our intellectual property. The right to use and publish everything available on the site belongs exclusively to Fundai, and any use without written permission reserves our right to take legal action.
  2. 8.2In addition, the code developed and the names of the services offered through any service created by Fundai, together with its registered trademarks, belong exclusively to Fundai, and any commercial use is subject to legal action.
  3. 8.3Users may not exploit or use derivatives of the Fundai website or any of its services or material, download or copy information for commercial purposes, or use any data mining, robots or similar methods such as data-gathering and extraction tools, and all of these rights are expressly reserved to Fundai.

9Account Responsibility

  1. 9.1When using any of the website's services, users are responsible for keeping their account and password confidential, and all responsibility for activity carried out under their account or password rests with them.
